While our main target group is school-going learners, EOTM also continues to support youth after matric, helping them navigate further education, training, entrepreneurship, and career pathways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">We work closely with schools, communities, and partners to bring education beyond the classroom \u2014 focusing on career guidance, life skills, entrepreneurship, and personal development. Our approach is practical, inclusive, and designed to prepare young people for real-world challenges and opportunities. At Education on the Move, we believe that early guidance creates stronger futures \u2014 before and beyond matric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Vision<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our vision is to develop informed, motivated and confident learners who understand their potential and are ready for life after school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Mission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our mission is to take education support, career guidance and motivation directly to schools and rural communities.We support learners from Grade 7 to Grade 12 to make informed decisions about their education and future careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What We Do<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Education on the Move delivers practical education and career-focused programmes designed to guide, inspire, and prepare young people for their future. Our work is centred on supporting learners during their school years while also extending guidance beyond matric.We provide career guidance sessions that help learners understand different career paths, subject requirements, and post-school opportunities. Through interactive workshops and school visits, we expose learners to real-world career options and informed decision-making.Our programmes also focus on essential life skills, including goal setting, study skills, confidence building, and personal development.
